Our story
NK Rigging was founded by Noah Kapeller with one clear purpose: to help every sailor enjoy their boat to the fullest, in their own unique way. Every boat and sailor is different, and our mission is to adapt to each customer’s needs — delivering rigging solutions perfectly matched to their sailing style and vessel.

Founder and Owner
Noah kapeller
From a very young age, Noah Kapeller felt a deep connection with the sea. He first stepped on a boat at the age of four — and never looked back. What began as a childhood passion soon evolved into a lifelong dedication to sailing in all its forms: from dinghy racing to One Design, Maxis, Classics, ORC, IRC, and beyond.

Driven by curiosity and precision, Noah has spent years understanding how every line, mast, and fitting works together to create harmony between sailor and sea. That passion for detail and performance naturally led him to found NK Rigging, a company built on the belief that every sailor and every boat deserves a perfectly tuned rig.

For Noah, the best part of his work is being out on the water — conducting sea trials, fine-tuning rigs, and feeling the moment when everything aligns just right. He brings the same energy to racing, where he often takes the bow position, always focused on rig balance, speed, and perfection.

More than a profession, rigging for Noah is a craft — a way of helping others experience sailing at its best.
